Return Policy
Return Policy for Educational Materials:
OTED-Valley Acquisition LLC printed / digital materials cannot be returned for refund once they have been shipped and/or delivered. OTED-Valley Acquisition LLC materials include, but are not limited to, the Review Course Manual and the MemoryMaster book.
Refund Policy for Canceling a Review Course Registration:
If you have registered for a Review course and have been dismissed from your nurse anesthesia program we will refund your course price minus the course materials ($350).
Fee Policies
- If you find you cannot attend the review you registered for, you can switch without charge to a different review. There are no refunds for a price difference.
- If you want to upgrade your printed course manual (because an updated version has been released) you can do so by paying $75.00. Reach out to support@valleyanesthesia.com to receive an invoice to pay.
- Digital upgrades will be provided without charge when switched into the new review.
Delivery of Course Information and Materials
- Your print materials will be sent to you within 2 weeks of your course registration. Shipping occurs once a week. Depending on your order date and the ship date, materials can take up to 2 business weeks.
- Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to download your digital materials.
- Books ship by UPS. Please make sure you ship to an address that accepts UPS shipments.
