Return Policy for Educational Materials:

Valley Health Services, LLC printed / digital materials cannot be returned for refund once they have been shipped and/or delivered. Valley Health Services, LLC materials include, but are not limited to, the Review Course Manual and the MemoryMaster book.

Refund Policy for Canceling a Review Course Registration:

    If you have registered for a Review course and have been dismissed from your nurse anesthesia program we will refund your course price minus the course materials ($350).

    Fee Policies

    1. If you find you cannot attend the review you registered for, you can switch without charge to a different review. There are no refunds for a price difference.
    2. If you want to upgrade your printed course manual (because an updated version has been released) you can do so by paying $75.00. Reach out to support@valleyanesthesia.com to receive an invoice to pay.
    3. Digital upgrades will be provided without charge when switched into the new review.

    Delivery of Course Information and Materials

    1. Your print materials will be sent to you within 2 weeks of your course registration. Shipping occurs once a week. Depending on your order date and the ship date, materials can take up to 2 business weeks.
    2. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to download your digital materials.
    3. Books ship by UPS. Please make sure you ship to an address that accepts UPS shipments.
